We scope and deliver our work in four-week cycles. The focus for each cycle will be defined at the start of the engagement, but we’ll further define each cycle as one ends and the next one begins. Crucially, this gives us the flexibility to pivot as new data surfaces on the needs of each team.
Each week within a cycle is a distinct sprint: we align on goals and activities on Monday, collaborate throughout the week, and ‘ship’ on Friday.
