We met with an international cosmetics conglomerate at a time when the organization, steeped in years of heritage and tradition, was looking to embrace new ways of working in order leverage the innovations being uncovered internally as well as adapt to ever changing market conditions.

We teamed up with the organization's Global Change Team to first develop, validate and codify a set of tools and practices that could be used by any part of the business could. Next, we engaged in an internal PR and Marketing campaign where the aim was to get 100 teams all over the globe working in this way. We followed the energy and excitement of senior leaders and their teams and now have teams from Soho to Sydney working in an Responsive way.
